Our system has been purpose designed to address the specific compliance needs of the sector and is adaptable. Some features of our solution are outlined below.

Licensing a property

With most short-term accommodation being unhosted, the ability to contact the host out of hours is critical. Often short response times are specified.

To check that the contact number is operating, our system automates confirming the contact number and logging response time which is compared against requirements.

The design of the system allows the compliance officer to quickly validate this important requirement. Dependent on the response then further action can be taken.

As another example, some jurisdictions e.g., NSW, include the capability to exclude non-compliant owners from operating in the sector. In these situations, it is important that a record of the steps leading up to this decision is available. Our system provides this record and visibility.

All compliance actions and regulatory requirements are managed within our system and logged. Our system allows LGA officers to audit many properties at once. All actions are tracked at each step of the process, and a history is recorded for each property.

We can't claim to solve all the problems. But we do believe our solution can help authorities better manage the sector.
